Scope of Services. Through this Site, AP Threading & Waxing Studio markets and arranges Eyebrow Threading, Facial Treatments, Lash Lift, Eyelash Tinting, Full Body Waxing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by AP Threading & Waxing Studio or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://apthreadingandwaxingstudio.com is provided on an "as is" basis. AP Threading & Waxing Studio makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Threading & Waxing Studio's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid AP Threading & Waxing Studio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify AP Threading & Waxing Studio from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. AP Threading & Waxing Studio may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
